WORKSHOP® is a Northeast Minneapolis multi-hyphenate design agency that brings people and brands together in physical and digital spaces. We are seeking a new Production + Graphic Designer who will assist in the creation of assets for print, online, retail and social applications. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver and who is passionate about creating exceptional, cutting-edge graphic and illustrative work. This role will work with a team of designers to build assets that match supplied specifications and maintain client brand standards.
As a Production + Graphic Designer at WORKSHOP, you will play an integral role in creating and executing successful and impactful campaigns on behalf of our clients.
2+ years of agency or relevant experience
Mastery of industry-standard software to assist in the creation of banners, web pages & other creative assets as needed, as well as partner in larger visual projects.
Experience across platforms including print, retail, web and mobile with the potential to expand into interaction and motion design.
Experience producing and managing the development of web banners, including animated banners (specifically HTML5 and Google Ads).
Experience with MacOS, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, XD and AfterEffects.
Must possess strong collaborative skills and the ability to create in partnership with designers, copywriters, and project managers.
Experience interpreting and applying feedback from clients and partners (both internal and external).
This position reports to the Production Design Lead at WORKSHOP.
Experience designing for print and digital media.
Experience creating illustrations, animations and/or video editing.
Comfortability and experience working within existing brand standards, including with logos, color systems and typography.
Experience with the development of online content, particularly on behalf of large and/or international retailers.
